At the end of every SMT line there is a moment of truth: the finished board comes off the reflow oven or inspection conveyor and must be collected, racked and moved to the next process. When that step is manual, it becomes a hidden tax on throughput.

The SUL-250 automatically receives finished PCBs from the output of an SMT machine or inspection conveyor and inserts them one by one into an empty magazine. When a magazine is full, it advances to the next slot or magazine, keeping the line flowing without manual intervention.
