JUKI serial nozzles are the interchangeable picking tools that keep placement heads reliable on KE and RS series mounters. Southern Machinery supplies the 501–505 flat chip and MELF 102/510/511 ranges, plus the 005–905 body series, for machines from 750/760 to KE2010–2060, FX1 and RS-1. The range targets a 99.99% component adsorption rate, ESD-safe materials and abrasion-resistant tips with a reference service life above 24 months, with custom samples for odd-form components and connectors. A five-step engineering flow — machine and part review, 24-hour technical consultation, configuration, delivery and fit check, and after-sales support — cuts spares confusion, missed picks and rework in high-mix EMS, automotive, medical and industrial electronics production. Request a matching list and same-working-day quotation after technical confirmation.

Contaminated SMT nozzles quietly cut placement yield - missed picks, residue on boards, and mid-shift swaps that stall the line. The S-6200 nozzle cleaning machine from Southern Machinery uses hydrodynamic water fragmentation to jet fine water mist at 360 m/s (reference), crushing internal dirt without damaging nozzle tips. It runs on deionized or distilled water, auto-emits used water, and keeps nozzle fleets at consistent pick-up performance. Pair it with a full SMT nozzle and parts program - JUKI, Yamaha, Fuji, Panasonic, Samsung and Siplace compatibles plus custom designs - for one-supplier nozzle lifecycle management. Built for EMS, ODM, automotive and industrial PCB assembly lines, with installation, training and global spare-parts support.

An ESD tray with grids keeps every through-hole part number in its own pocket instead of a shared bin. The configuration on the assembly drawing measures 457 x 289 mm inside and 45 mm deep, and three long plus four short fluted dividers make 20 cells at about 91 x 72 mm. Because the dividers are separate parts, one tray covers several BOMs, cuts kitting time and removes the mixed-value defects that pass in-circuit test and fail at final assembly. Surface resistivity of 10 to the 4th to 10 to the 8th ohm to IEC 61340-5-1 is stated for the range, and the six open points are published rather than averaged away.

The S-902 Automatic SMD Counter is an optical counting machine for SMT material warehouses: it reads the guide holes in carrier tape with a fibre-optic sensor and reports the exact quantity on a reel, from -99,999 to +99,999 pieces. Instead of a hand tally two operators can disagree about, it gives the same reel the same number every time, so kitting, issuing and stock-taking stop depending on who counted. It handles pitch from 1 mm and tape width from 4 mm, accepts reels up to 600 mm, offers 18 speed levels and two counting directions as standard, and adds empty-pocket detection, barcode reading and label printing as options. This guide sets out the verified specifications from Southern Machinery's own product document, the unreconciled conflicts with the operation manual, how optical and X-ray counting divide the work between them, and a payback formula you can run with your own wage numbers.
